Acrylic Sheet · Production Line
Acrylic sheet — also called plexiglass, PMMA sheet or perspex — is a transparent thermoplastic with up to 92% light transmission, better impact resistance than glass and roughly half the weight. It can be laser-cut, CNC-routed, bent, polished and bonded, which makes it the material of choice for signage, retail display, sanitary ware and machine guards.
Optical clarity better than glass, with no green edge tint on our cast clear grade. Ideal for display covers and lenses.
Cast for optical quality and easy machining; extruded for economical flat panels in volume. We quote both so you can compare.
Full RAL / Pantone range, matte and frosted finishes, silver and coloured mirror. Custom widths up to 2050 mm from 500 kg per colour.
Sheets can be laser-cut, CNC-routed, flame-polished and bonded with acrylic adhesive. Masking film protects both faces in transit.
We produce both cell-cast and extruded acrylic on four dedicated lines. Cast sheet offers the best optical quality and is easy to machine and polish; extruded sheet is more economical for flat panels in high volume. Both are available clear, tinted, opaque, frosted or mirrored, with protective film on both faces.

Hard, glossy skin with a dense micro-cell core. The smoothest surface in our range — the standard choice for UV printing, screen printing and high-end signage.
Uniform density from face to core, which makes it easy to cut, route, screw and heat-bend without voids. The cost-effective workhorse for furniture and interior fit-out.
Custom RAL/Pantone colour matching from 500 kg, plus B1 / M1 flame-retardant and anti-UV formulations for outdoor and public-space use.
Weight per sheet is calculated for the standard 1220 × 2440 mm sheet at 1.19 g/cm³ density. Custom sizes, thicknesses and colours available from 500 kg per colour.

Ask for price on WhatsAppCast acrylic is made in a cell between glass plates; it has the best optical clarity, is easier to machine and polish, and is the standard choice for signage and display. Extruded acrylic is made continuously through a die; thickness is very consistent and it is more economical for flat panels, but it machines less cleanly and is not recommended for deep thermoforming of thick sections.
MOQ is 500 kg for clear stock thicknesses and 500 kg per colour for custom colours. Clear stock ships in 5–7 working days; coloured, frosted or mirror sheets take 15–20 working days after colour approval.
Yes — we cut to size, CNC-route and polish on request, and we send free A4 samples of up to 5 specifications. You only pay the express freight, which we refund on your first order.
